LINK, XRP, XMR and ZEC split on November 6

By CoinBatmi Newsroom · · 3 min read

Chainlink, XRP, Monero and Zcash show split trends on November 6, with key support and resistance levels in focus.

Four major tokens moved in very different directions on November 6. Chainlink traded near $11.40, XRP held around $1.31, Monero pushed close to $636, and Zcash sat near $1,309. The prices tell only part of the story, because each chart points to a different fight between buyers and sellers.

Chainlink is stuck below $12

Chainlink has been sliding since it reached a local high near $15.50 in late September. Daily chart readings on November 6 showed the token near $11.40, below its short-term and medium-term moving averages. A moving average is a line that smooths recent prices, and trading below it usually means sellers are in charge for now.

The $11.00 to $11.10 zone is the first line to watch. If Chainlink holds that area, it can keep trading inside a $11.00 to $12.00 range while the market decides what comes next. A break below $11.00 opens room toward $10.50 and then $10.00.

On the upside, $11.70 is the first hurdle, $12.30 and $12.60 are heavier resistance, and a move above $12.60 would put $13.00 in view.

XRP needs to clear $1.35

XRP bounced after dipping to about $1.23, bringing the price back near $1.31. That rebound followed a rough stretch. XRP ran from around $1.00 to $1.50 in August, hit a local high near $1.60 in September, and then printed lower highs and lower lows, which is the basic pattern of a downtrend.

Support sits between $1.28 and $1.30. Hold that zone, and buyers can try again. Lose it, and $1.20 comes back into play.

The real test is overhead between $1.33 and $1.35, where several moving averages cluster. A clean break above $1.35 could send XRP toward $1.38 to $1.40, and a stronger push above $1.40 would make $1.50 the next target.

Monero's trend still points up

Monero looks steadier than most of the group. The token traded near $636 on November 6 after climbing from roughly $310 in July, a move that doubled its price over about four months. It's also trading above its major moving averages, and those lines are still rising.

The path hasn't been perfectly smooth. Monero dipped to about $520 in October, then recovered, broke above $620, and moved toward $650. If the price pulls back, $620 is the first support, $600 is stronger, and $580 is the deeper cushion.

A confirmed break above $650 could carry Monero toward $680, but momentum is getting warm, with the relative strength index near 70 and a possible overbought signal above 85.

Zcash holds above the $1,200 line

Zcash has had the wildest ride. It rallied from around $500 in August to a local high near $1,670 in late September, then dropped toward $1,100 in October. On November 6 it traded near $1,309, back above its medium-term and long-term moving averages.

Sellers have tested $1,300 and $1,350 more than once. The 21-day exponential moving average, a shorter trend line that reacts faster to price changes, sits around $1,350 and marks the next resistance. A break above that level points to $1,400.

Support starts near $1,250, but $1,200 is the level that matters most. If Zcash stays above $1,200, the setup remains neutral to bullish; a sharp drop below it could expose $1,000. The next clear signal comes from daily closes.

Watch whether Chainlink finishes above $12.00 or below $11.00, whether XRP can close above $1.35, whether Monero holds $600, and whether Zcash defends $1,200.
